Terms of Service
Please read these Terms carefully. They form an agreement between you and All Plus Technologies S.r.l. (“APT”, “we”, “us”) for your use of VRS+. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.
1. Eligibility and accounts
VRS+ is strictly for people aged 18 or older. Adult features remain locked until required age verification succeeds. You must not use VRS+ if you are a minor or help a minor obtain access. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
2. Acceptable use
Treat people with dignity and respect. You may not use the service for exploitation, grooming, harassment, threats, hate, non-consensual sexual conduct, trafficking, fraud, impersonation, malware, unlawful sales, intellectual-property infringement, privacy violations, or other illegal or harmful activity. Never upload intimate material without the informed consent of every depicted adult.
3. Adult content and consent
Permitted adult content may appear only in designated verified-adult areas and remains subject to consent, privacy, audience, content, and safety controls. A preference, profile trait, match, message, payment, or prior interaction is never consent to sexual contact or content. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, reversible, and ongoing.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant APT a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, resize, moderate, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service according to your settings. Publishing or sharing changes who may access content; it does not transfer ownership. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for everything you upload.
5. Privacy, safety, and automated systems
Our Privacy Statement explains how personal data is handled. Uploads may undergo malware and safety screening. TOPIC and other automated systems may process eligible account information to provide safety, matching, discovery, and recommendations, but private traits are not displayed to other users as matching reasons. Automated tools do not replace your judgment, consent, or responsibility. We may restrict, quarantine, remove, or preserve content when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Payment processors may impose additional terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, charges already incurred are non-refundable. We may change prospective pricing with appropriate notice; changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases.
7. Suspension and termination
You may close your account through available settings or by contacting support. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for material or repeated violations, safety risk, fraud, legal requirements, or threats to the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an appeal path. Certain records may be retained where required for security, dispute resolution, safeguarding, or law.
8. Service availability and responsibility
The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, matches, outcomes, or relationships. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
9. Changes and governing law
Material changes will be versioned and presented for renewed acceptance when required. Italian law governs these Terms, without removing mandatory protections or forums available to consumers in their country of residence. Contact legal@allplusapp.com with legal questions or notices.
