Privacy Statement
This statement explains how All Plus Technologies S.r.l., as controller, handles personal data in VRS+. It is designed to be readable by adults and teens.
1. Data we collect
- Account and identity data, such as name, username, email, login security information, date of birth, age status, and verification results.
- Profile, preference, contact, group, event, game, learning, and recommendation settings you choose to provide.
- Content and communications, including posts, messages, media, reports, support cases, and associated access controls.
- Subscription, transaction, entitlement, and limited payment-reference data. Full payment credentials are generally handled by payment providers.
- Device, network, security, usage, diagnostic, and audit information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Sensitive adult-profile, sexuality, relationship, intimate-preference, and private-media data that you deliberately provide. These categories receive stricter access and age controls.
2. Why we use it
We process data to create and secure accounts; provide requested features; enforce age, privacy, consent, blocking, and audience controls; deliver messages and notifications; prevent malware, fraud, exploitation, and abuse; provide support; process purchases; meet legal duties; and improve reliability. Where required, we rely on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, vital interests, or consent. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
3. TOPIC and automated processing
TOPIC may privately use eligible information you supply to rank or recommend people, friends, groups, events, travel, activities, and learning according to your tier and settings. A private profile field remains hidden from other members even when TOPIC uses it. TOPIC does not reveal private matching reasons. Safety systems may scan files and classify content. Significant account actions remain subject to applicable human review and appeal paths; we do not sell access to sensitive profile traits.
4. Sharing and processors
We share data with other members only according to your actions, audience choices, and privacy settings. We use contracted providers for hosting and security, email and communications, age or identity verification, payment processing, malware scanning, content-safety review, support, and analytics. They receive only the information needed for their function and are subject to contractual and legal safeguards. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or service integrity.
5. International transfers and security
Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and supplementary safeguards. We use access controls, encryption in transit, scoped storage, audit logs, malware screening, and product/age separation. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns promptly.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described, including account operation, safety, legal duties, disputes, and fraud prevention. Retention varies by record type. Deleted or closed-account data may remain temporarily in backups or longer where law, safeguarding, or legitimate security needs require it.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; appeal certain decisions; and complain to a data-protection authority. 8. Teens and age assurance
ALL+US does not permit account creation below age 13 and applies protected defaults and age-appropriate restrictions to teen accounts. VRS+ is 18+ only. We use age information and verification to enforce these boundaries. Parents or guardians may contact us about a young person’s data, subject to identity and applicable-law checks.
9. Changes
