Cookie Statement
This statement explains how All Plus Technologies S.r.l. uses cookies and similar device storage on VRS+. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site behavioural-tracking cookies.
1. Your choices
Strictly Necessary permits only storage essential to authentication, account security, requested service delivery, and remembering your cookie choice. All also permits functional preference storage, such as language and interface choices. Refusing optional storage does not prevent ordinary public browsing or core account functions.
If your browser or blocker prevents strictly necessary authentication or security storage, you may browse public pages but sign-in, account continuity, protected content, and other member features may not work. “No cookies” therefore cannot provide the authenticated service.
2. Strictly necessary cookies and storage
- __Secure-better-auth.session_token — authenticates an account and protects the signed-in session. First party, Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax; normally up to 7 days, or the browser session when “remember me” is not used.
- __Secure-better-auth.state / __Secure-better-auth.oauth_state — temporary anti-forgery and continuity values when a supported social sign-in flow requires them; normally 5–10 minutes.
- __Secure-better-auth.dont_remember — records a request for a browser-session-only sign-in, when used; removed when the browser session ends.
- Cookie-choice storage — remembers whether you selected Strictly Necessary or All so we can apply and respect that selection. Stored first party until you change it or clear site data.
- Cloudflare security cookies, including __cf_bm or cf_clearance, may be issued only when Cloudflare bot protection or a security challenge is triggered. They help distinguish legitimate traffic and preserve a successful security check for a limited period.
3. Functional preference storage
- allplus-language — remembers the language you selected on this device until you change it or clear site data.
- sidebar_state — remembers whether a supported navigation sidebar is expanded or collapsed for up to 7 days.
These preferences improve convenience but are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Where a preference is stored directly because you requested that interface change, it is used only to provide that choice.
4. Analytics, advertising, and third parties
We do not currently set advertising, remarketing, or cross-site behavioural-tracking cookies. We also do not currently set optional web-analytics cookies. If this changes, non-essential storage will remain off until you choose All, and this statement will be updated before those technologies are enabled.
External services opened from a link may apply their own cookies under their own policies. Payment, verification, or embedded third-party flows will be identified when used.
5. Managing your choice
You can revisit cookie settings from the site notice or clear cookies and site data in your browser. Blocking or deleting the session cookie signs you out. Withdrawing optional consent is as easy as granting it and does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. Questions may be sent to privacy@allplusapp.com.
